Founder and Owner of The Farmhouse Group, operating several farm-to-table restaurants in the Burlington area - The Farmhouse Tap & Grill, El Cortijo (Burlington & Winooski), Guild Tavern, and Pascolo Ristorante. Additionally, Jed is the Founder and Owner of Bliss Bee restaurants with locations in Williston and South Burlington. A seventh-generation Vermonter, Jed is a proud graduate of Sudbury's Country School (go Roadrunners!), Otter Valley Union High School (go Otters!), and Cornell University (go Big Red!). Jed has also served as a commissioner on the Church Street Marketplace Association for many years.
